About Ohana Studios

Ohana is community. We are not just a gym for working out. We train right alongside you, and are within easy reach. We offer you sustainable “whole” fitness perspectives. You’ll also get lots of space to simply chill and enjoy the ride. From day one, you’ll get tools you can use right away. Beyond fitness, you’ll discover novel awareness to achieve quality of movement and quality of life.

Our programs move around you. We offer more than small classes. We track and curate content to fit you, help you choose classes, follow up with 1:1 coaching & convos, and design next steps around your intentions. Enjoy multi-modal opportunities from chill explorations, meditative resets to competitions and jams. Come away with options to start your first training goals, your next competition piece, or your tenth performance project.

We don’t just teach, we are perpetual students, passionate about refining our craft. We create, assess, train, play, and explore.
