Our movements integrate into your life movements. From day one, you’ll get tools you can use right away.

Our programs move around you. We do not offer just classes; we offer programs. You’ll get humans curating content to fit you, helping you choose classes, and designing next steps around your needs. You’ll come away with options to start your first exercise goal, your next competition piece, or your tenth performance project.

Our team is passionate. We don’t just teach, we keep learning. We create, self-assess, co-train, solo train, play, and explore. We could staff your next scientific project with our botanist, chiropractic doctor and biomechanics professor, civil and environmental engineer, mathematician, microbiologist, and veterinary oncologist– or you could join us in balancing out artistry-athleticism and mindfulness.

Imagine your dream pot luck with dishes made just for you at your favorite comfy nook… Now think of a “movement pot luck” at Ohana: you show up to good vibes; we dish out programs just for you in nicely lit, airy, vibrantly calm space– that’s Ohana.

NEWCOMERS WELCOME! All you need to do is show up.
1. Start with any intro class. Our small classes meet you where you’re at.
2. Get your training homework & get to Playtime for extra coaching.
3. Fill out the Ohana surveys with intention. We collab to understand your changing intentions.
4. Pick your next classes, use Playtime, or do it on your own time until you’re ready to check back in. Repeat!


From the intro program, we keep circling back to understand your changing goals and furnish tools to support you, from full service training bundles to basic drop-ins. You can’t go wrong by showing up!

EXPERIENCED AERIALISTS, it’s time to upgrade your expectations. Expect a team that trains seriously. Expect competence, diversity, passion, and the scientific method. We do our homework; we practice; we explore; we observe and we listen to you.

Find support in competition prep, performance compositions, the actual path to ayesha beyond just a few classes, and attaining seemingly bendy moves if you think you are flexibility/mobility challenged.
